Note some of the unique design features
that place this modular directional valve at the top in the industry:
- Handling Contaminants:
Due to it's patented sealing system, contamination is kept out of the
valves operating mechanism and hardened valve faces keep particulate
wear to a minimum.
- Ease of Operation: A 60º
shift of the handle - that's all it takes to divert fluid from one bank
of filters to the other.
- Built for Long Life: Depending
on what you're filtering and the type of contaminant embodied, this
valve could last forever. But, in the event you do need to repair it,
you'll find it easily rebuildable.
- Simplicity: This is, of
course, the key to intelligent design. This valve is so simple it's
beautiful. Containing a minimum of components, it is designed so that
it can only be assembled one way. It cannot be put together wrong!
- Strength of Design and
Materials: All components are steel, with most being hardened tool steel.
Under normal operation, the valve is virtually indestructible. Handle
rotation is transferred via a 1 1/4 hardened shaft. The internal 60º
stop is milled into the hardened cover plate, thus eliminating chance
of breakage. Then we nitride the valve housing, cover plate and handle
for a corrosion proof, hard, black finish.
